inBloom is a boutique production company led by husband-and-wife team Erick and Jackie. Together, we combine filmmaking and journalism to find the people and experiences that give an organization meaning.
Sometimes the result is a documentary. Sometimes it is a campaign, customer story, or recruiting film. Whatever the format, our responsibility is the same: listen closely, tell the truth, and treat every person with care.
We work best with people who value honesty over hype and want a creative partner, not simply a production crew.
Our story
inBloom began with two different perspectives and one shared belief. Erick brings a filmmaker’s instinct for image, sound, and feeling. Jackie brings a journalist’s curiosity, editorial clarity, and ability to help people feel comfortable enough to speak honestly.
Together, we discovered that our different instincts made the work stronger. Erick sees the moments that give a story its visual life. Jackie hears the thread that gives it meaning. That partnership continues to shape every story we tell.

Meet the Team
JackieExecutive Producer + Head of Story
Jackie leads story development and guides the production process from the first conversation through the final cut.
A former television news anchor, reporter, and public affairs professional, she brings journalistic curiosity, editorial clarity, and deep respect for the people who trust us with their experiences.
Her greatest strength is helping people feel comfortable enough to move past the rehearsed answer and share something honest.
ErickFounder + Creative Director
Erick leads the visual and creative direction of inBloom’s work. With more than 15 years in production, he works across directing, cinematography, producing, and editing.
He approaches every project with the same question: What should people feel when this story is over? The answer shapes every frame.
Erick is also an FAA-certified drone operator.
ConnorGaffer
Connor brings more than 11 years of lighting experience across documentaries, feature films, television, commercials, and branded productions.
He uses light to support the emotional truth of a scene, shaping mood and focus without drawing attention away from the person or story at its center.
His thoughtful approach and extensive experience allow him to adapt to each production with care and efficiency.
